Still no response

We bought a new 2017 nissan titan sv .. Im not really impressed with our sales person or the service manager.. They talked alot but didnt vome thur several issues with our new truck and after we left they could care less about us or our issues .. I woukd not reccommend any one ever to buy a car or truck from this dealer ..the owner must also not care ..

What a joke

Well even after i complained... Not one worthless person contacted me about the issues ...well i think the better business bureau...should be aware of the very poor customer service ...at Harbor nissan .... And there lack of customer service ....

No they havent even tried to contact me ..about this issue ..which just shows me there no concerned...as usual. Another Florida business that doesnt care about there customer...which doesnt surprise me at ..all ..mike our sales person was not very familiar with the vehicle..and even spitefully said he was a christian to appease us ...what a joke .. We brought up issue to service Manager Rob ..who shouldnt be in that position...i have been ask about my truck ..as far a nissan titan its a great truck but ive been telling people to not go to harbor nissan they are the worst dealer ive ever delt with ..

Well we purchased a new 2017 Nissan Titan sv base model truck .. Our sales person .. Did not really know too much about this truck ..one issue ..he told us that there were charging ports in rear seat area ... And there are not ! Issue 2 the truck i was told was used as a rental so it was considered used ...not a problem other then the truck was very dirty lots of dirt marks that they could not get out and was told they would detail and clean it ..it wasnt cleaned very well ...not impressed at all with how the truck was cleaned ... Issue 3 there were alot of scratches on the inside of door trim panels that we brought to the service managers attention ...that were not addressed ..not impressed . Issue 4 we noticed alot of paint scratches in side doors and around the truck we also brought to service manager attention to be addressed ..again not impressed ... Issue 5 ..bed liner seems too be holding about 10 gallons of water after rain and was told just to drive it and the water would run out while driving ...no weap drain holes ...again not impressed .. Issue 6 ..tire pressure on all four tires not the same ..i do know that the tire pressure depicks the better wear and tear and gas milage of the truck ...again not impressed .... Issue 7 ... The bed liner rails of the rear bed had lots of scuffs an scratches we told sale person and service manager about issue ..they said they could not address this issue...again not impressed ... Issue 8 ...there was alot of white paint in several areas of this truck interior that they could not detail and clean ...we used a small amount of dawn dish soap and scrub brush and was able to get paint removed ..but again not impressed .... Issue 9 here were alot of dirt and mark on interior of upholstery that could not be cleaned out we use the small amount of upholstery cleaner and was able to remove all marks on the interior of the vehicle which could have been taken care of while being detailed.also white paint on left rear tail light , we were told we could use goof off cleaner to remove paint with out damage ...but when we did it discolored the plastic and now cannot be cleaned again not impressed Over all on a scale of 1 to 10 i give harbor Nissan a 3 on there abilty to service as new customers... I would not reccomend any one to this dealer for a new or used purchase ..i know not every customer can be satisfied but these issue were brought to there attention and i feel like dirt that was sweap under neath the rug ...again not impressed ... For the paint scraches we were giving a bottle of white touch up paint ...again not impressed ... All in all i feel like we were not taken care of after putting 14k down on this truck ... One other issue we ask sales person to reinstall trailer hitch from old truck ..it was not installed properly and almost slide out while pulling my boat ...which could have caused severe damage to truck and or boat ...again not impressed ...
