Went in for an oil change that ended up being $71 crazy expensive for something that used to be free (When I purchased the car they were free). First came and told me my brakes needed to be replaced before my next oil change.

I said ok I would get that taken care of no big surprise there. Told me my rotors needed to be turned. They did not it was not metal on metal or even close. Then they told me the front control arms needed to be fixed that the bearings were split.

When I asked for the price $700. I took my car for a free second opinion to my mom's mechanic and was told straight out there is nothing wrong with my car.

That Harbor Nissan was trying to sell me something I did not need. I will never take my car back there again.

No they havent even tried to contact me ..about this issue ..which just shows me there no concerned...as usual. Another Florida business that doesnt care about there customer...which doesnt surprise me at ..all ..mike our sales person was not very familiar with the vehicle..and even spitefully said he was a christian to appease us ...what a joke .. We brought up issue to service Manager Rob ..who shouldnt be in that position...i have been ask about my truck ..as far a nissan titan its a great truck but ive been telling people to not go to harbor nissan they are the worst dealer ive ever delt with ..

Well we purchased a new 2017 Nissan Titan sv base model truck ..

Our sales person .. Did not really know too much about this truck ..one issue ..he told us that there were charging ports in rear seat area ... And there are not !

Issue 2 the truck i was told was used as a rental so it was considered used ...not a problem other then the truck was very dirty lots of dirt marks that they could not get out and was told they would detail and clean it ..it wasnt cleaned very well ...not impressed at all with how the truck was cleaned ...

Issue 3 there were alot of scratches on the inside of door trim panels that we brought to the service managers attention ...that were not addressed ..not impressed .

Issue 4 we noticed alot of paint scratches in side doors and around the truck we also brought to service manager attention to be addressed ..again not impressed ...

Issue 5 ..bed liner seems too be holding about 10 gallons of water after rain and was told just to drive it and the water would run out while driving ...no weap drain holes ...again not impressed ..

Issue 6 ..tire pressure on all four tires not the same ..i do know that the tire pressure depicks the better wear and tear and gas milage of the truck ...again not impressed ....

Issue 7 ... The bed liner rails of the rear bed had lots of scuffs an scratches we told sale person and service manager about issue ..they said they could not address this issue...again not impressed ...

Issue 8 ...there was alot of white paint in several areas of this truck interior that they could not detail and clean ...we used a small amount of dawn dish soap and scrub brush and was able to get paint removed ..but again not impressed ....

Issue 9 here were alot of dirt and mark on interior of upholstery that could not be cleaned out we use the small amount of upholstery cleaner and was able to remove all marks on the interior of the vehicle which could have been taken care of while being detailed.also white paint on left rear tail light , we were told we could use goof off cleaner to remove paint with out damage ...but when we did it discolored the plastic and now cannot be cleaned again not impressed

Over all on a scale of 1 to 10 i give harbor Nissan a 3 on there abilty to service as new customers...

I would not reccomend any one to this dealer for a new or used purchase ..i know not every customer can be satisfied but these issue were brought to there attention and i feel like dirt that was sweap under neath the rug ...again not impressed ...

For the paint scraches we were giving a bottle of white touch up paint ...again not impressed ...

All in all i feel like we were not taken care of after putting 14k down on this truck ...

One other issue we ask sales person to reinstall trailer hitch from old truck ..it was not installed properly and almost slide out while pulling my boat ...which could have caused severe damage to truck and or boat ...again not impressed ...

Still no response

We bought a new 2017 nissan titan sv ..

Im not really impressed with our sales person or the service manager..

They talked alot but didnt vome thur several issues with our new truck and after we left they could care less about us or our issues ..

I woukd not reccommend any one ever to buy a car or truck from this dealer ..the owner must also not care ..

Not one worthless person contacted me about the issues ...well i think the better business bureau...should be aware of the very poor customer service ...at Harbor nissan ....

And there lack of customer service ....

Bait and Switch

I am a 31 year retired military member, my wife is a double lung transplant recipient, we had a very strong interest in purchasing a vehicle. Called ahead even after seeing a price in print on the web site and was "told" come on up and we will make the deal today.

We got insurance using the vin number cleaned out the trade. Drove an hour to meet the salesman whom was excellent. concluded the deal and made all agreements. Then the sales manager got involved and told the young man and my wife, "oh you do not qualify for that discount" and on and on.

So the car that was "advertised for $16,363 became over $18,000.

All that needs to be said of this type of doing business is they should be embarrassed and ashamed of they way they treat someone who gave 31 years to our country and someone who is dying. The owner may not even know about this but if he does should be the most embarrassed of all.

Did not get his name,older male white with white hair in your parts department ,I was looking for a simple fuse,ur parts sales guy was not helpful and giving attitude i asked if he can confirm if the other store has it he told me no he has no intention to help me he should not be working there i was sent to this store with information that the part was avalible at harbor nissan,there was no customer satisfaction i had to drive to ft myers fl to sutherland nissan to get a simple fuse and i ask them to check and they said harbor nissan have the part avalible

I came there for my previous service and was told by the Service manager the next time I come for service I get a complimentary full detail. I called lat wee to schedule an appointment for today Monday at 12:30 when I scheduled appointment I notified the person that I was supposed to be given a complimentary full detail she asked why because the service manager couldn't remember I told her why she read back to me my services said I was getting a tire rotation oil change in a full detail when I dropped it off we discuss the same thing they kept my car my appointment was at 12:30 they called me at 3:30 to come pick my car up and it had not been touched it wasn't washed cleaned out nor a detail I'm just not understanding this was not something I asked for this was something that was promised to me due to me being upset from my previous visit I just don't understand how this whole full detail was overlooked in my car usually only takes an hour for oil change and a tire rotation it was sitting there for 3 hours so I just knew by the time I picked it up it would have had its full detail I am very disappointed I really just don't understand.

Once I get upset with a company it's just that I will never go. He apologized and told me the next time I come for service that I will have a full detail on him the fact that I came back and it wasn't kept it was written on my appointment slip and it was discussed when I drop my car off today.

I pick my car up 3 hours later they called me 3 hours later to come get my car and it had not been touched far as a detail I'm so disappointed. That was a waste of time and a waste of my day

Purchased a vehicle while on vacation. Staff assured us they could license the vehicle in our home state.

Collected license and title fees of >$750. After one month we had not received our license plates. They told us they were unable to license the vehicle in our home state we would have to license in Florida. We do not reside in Florida.

After two days of back and forth they said they would resubmit the paperwork. Another month has gone by....NO license plates.

When we followed up with them they said they submitted the paperwork and there is nothing else they can do. When I asked for a manager they disconnected the call.

In a nut shell I was terminated while on vacation. The dealership owes me roughly 4000.00 and cut me a check for 233.00.

The gm stated sorry you have charge backs. The money with held was from my vacation pay and Christmas bonus that I pay into. Plus the commission of sold units and unit bonus. The gm stated I was not allowed to speak durning the meeting where he handed me my joke of a check and that if I wanted the rest of my money, and he stated I should contact my attorney if I want the rest.

I did indeed get angry and they called the police on me. To have me trespassed. Now I wont even be able to get all my free oils changes which harbor Nissan offers with all car purchases. The best part is myself and my family have purchased 10 cars there in the past year.

Lol the gm Tom Bishop doesn't even drive the product for which he sells.

I guess he stands behind it. Anyways if they won't pay the staff guess how they will treat the customer who doesn't generate daily sales for them.

It's a shame that the owner CHRIS appears to not have a clue on what's going on in his showroom...I went to buy a car the manager I felt with is no longer there the salesperson is no longer there come to find out only one manager has been there more than 6 months! They hire and fire managers on a daily basis...no continuity no loyalty it's a joke of the industry! The owner gives back to the community big time, maybe he should concentrate on giving back to a loyal staff that wants to work but are not given a chance.

I purchased a 2014 rogue from a salesman and Tom Bishop sales manager you get free oil change for life no mention of stickers on the car when I got home I looked at the back of the car looked like a rolling billboard. So call Bishop he said that's to get the free oil change I said you didn't mention that when I made the purchase when I finished talking he said it will be in the computer no stickers and free oil change I have had several oil changes no charge now today 29.99 or stickers. So there word is not good get everything in black and white word are no good I email Chris (owner) and Bishop no reply Never buy from them again

Hi! I saw your complaint regarding the oil changes from nissan same thing happen to me.

There is a class action law suit contact morgan and morgan. I started my case back in August 2017 and there is a long list of people who are affected. Call 813-223-**** and 813-318-****. If you happen to still have a brochure stating that they were offering free oil changes please provide that.

Bad dealings.

Last night I found a truck on your website. I really liked it and talked to your online person that shows up in the popup on your page.

I set up a time to come down to the dealer ship to inspect, test and buy the truck. One of your sales men called me this morning to confirm a time. I arrived and started talking to him. At first he told me the truck was being worked on as this is what he was told.

Then he was told to tell me the truck had been sent to auction or wholesale or something like that. I looked at a few others that where ok but not the truck I wanted. A few hours later the same salesman calls me to tell me that the truck had been there the whole time and that one of the other salesman had taken the keys and moved the truck so he could sell it someone else later in the day. The truck was sold to the other people.

I am sorry I was there first and I should of had first right of refusal on the truck I am sorry but that is just messed up and I am highly pissed right now. Over the past year and a half my fiance and my mother have both purchased cars from your dealerships. I wanted to be a loyal customer but after this I highly doubt I will ever buy a car, truck, SUV from this dealership. This was written the day of the happening.

It is now serval days since. They keep calling me trying to get me to buy something else at a higher price than I wanted to spend as a cash buyer.

We bought a Mercedes E500 (as is) and pay cash, everything went fine, until I drive home !!! 5 minutes after leaving their parking lot the AC went out!!

The next day we drove back to the Dealership and discussed that issue, but they treat us not like "Family" as the told in the comercials on tv and internet.

They refused to pay even a part of the repair cost !!

Nothing at all !!!!!

I have also a business and if I would treat my customers like they did, I would be out of business in a short Time!!!

Never Harbor Nissan again!!!!

Don`t believe their words, they really sucks!!!

I will tell everybody, never ever buy a car from them!!!
